Inspired by the timeless Italian aperitivo culture, Spritz into Summer is all about slowing down, soaking in the moment, and toasting to life with a refreshing Aperol Spritz in hand. Think alfresco lounging, golden hour light, and that perfect playlist — set by the talented DJ Thabi.

Each Golden Picnic Basket is curated for sharing — brimming with seasonal flavours, artisan fare, and handcrafted treats designed for indulgence and sharing. Gather your favourite people, spread out on the lawns, and let the day unfold in true Kraal Gardens style.

Here’s a peek at what’s inside:

• A Toast to Begin: A complimentary Aperol Spritz on arrival
• Fresh & Fruity: White and green grapes, chocolate-dipped strawberries and dried mixed fruit
• Cured & Crafted: Salami, pastrami, prosciutto, biltong, and drywors
• Cheeses & Condiments: Brie and blue rock, Indezi cheese selection with preserves, snack-time biscuits, basil and peppadew pesto dips, marinated olives and Greek feta, baby dill cucumbers and grilled halloumi salad.
• Savoury Highlights: Bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese, parmesan-crusted chicken strips, BBQ-basted chicken wings, crisp chicken rissoles and lamb pinwheels.
• Sweet Endings: Cashew brownies, Ferrero Rocher and stroopwafels.
